      The most helpful bank I’ve ever been to. Incredibly friendly and professional. The building is BRAND NEW so super clean and welcoming. Definitely my go to bank from now on!

      I had this bank for over a year and had to switch because my bank BBVC decided they wanted to transition. Having the bank seemed okay until I started getting fees for transactions. I called the bank and they explain oh we process transactions only during the week so any on the weekend doesn’t reflect till Monday or Tuesday. So basically my balance available was never true each time… So I moved my money to a different bank and only used this bank for direct deposit for my second job and only used it for lunch ($12 only twice a week) but yet same issue and mind you I never used this bank for bills. I later just only left $20 in the account and never touched it and I went negative $200 and I once again called and they gave me the same answer of transactions and I told them I’m not using my account or debit card. Long behold they closed my account. Which I’m perfectly okay with. I will never recommend anyone to PNC on top of that their associates are clueless in the bank. There is no real bank tellers just a machine.

      Not an actual bank all transactions are now through a video ATM and they can't help you with transactions that require a real bank. Also the staff has no idea what type of transactions you can do on the video machine and youll waste 15 minutes waiting to be told you're not at a real pnc bank location
