      I recently was at this branch, I had an unsatisfactory experience there. I was on my way out when an individual in an office asked how I was. I told I am fine but the bank sucks. He invited me into his office and off offered me assistance. The original woman who I had been dealing with barged into the office and told me how unprofessional I was. Granted I said the word sucks but I did not be abusive to any individual in that location. I was ashamed and imbarassed at her reprimand and left immediately. I have been with PNC. For a very long time and I do not appreciate such treatment
