easy to use automated answering system. it only took one button press to be put on hold. they answered within 30 seconds. even though they weren't able to help me, they provided me with a company, phone number and address that could. excellent customer service. thanks

My girlfriend and I just opened a joint checking together and I've been a pnc customer for awhile. We met with Joe Holloway who asked us some questions and walked us through our options. Joe also gave us some great advice for budgeting and working towards our dreams and goals. The best part is we met with Joe another time to get his advice and make a plan to help us save money! I highly suggest visiting this PNC and working with Joe Holloway or any of the other great employees. PNC offers so much more than you think!

I’ve been banking with PNC for over 15 years and I’ve always had great experiences. Nothing tops our most recent experience, though. My boyfriend and I opened up a new account at this branch and we worked with Joe Holloway. Joe is very kind and friendly and extremely helpful. We really feel like he cared about us and our needs and really goes the extra mile. He is our go-to guy for all of our finances. 5 stars!
