      Always had pleasant service with this branch. I recently had an issue where I received a check paid to me and my fathers estate. The bank teller was amazing with the information he freely gave me which ultimately resulted in the check being issued in just my name. I wish there was 10 stars

      Friendly in person but you cannot get ahold of them on the phone. I have sat on hold for an hour now and they cancelled the call multiple times now. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to send documents for a loan to no avail

      Not customer friendly. One employee doesn't know how to copy court orders and place them in the customers records. Locations too far apart. Will not answer the phone. While lobby was closed appointments had to be made on-line, felt sorry for those without internet. Poor service, find another bank.
