      Can I just give a shout out to Cassandra, I've never met her, only phone conversations. But she's is awesome if all customer service was like that there would be a lot more happy people.

      I was very dissapointed yesterday. I do all my transactions through PNC bank. I came yesterday for my mortgage documents notarized. The representative refused to notarize the documents as I don't have Mortgage through PNC. I did tell her that I am a physician and I would appreciate if she could notarize the documents as my shift would start in 2 hours. She refused to help me out. Very poor customer service and won't recommend this branch even to my enemy. Rest of the country is trying their to help health care heroes in every way possible, PNC bank to the contrary doesn't care
