04/23/2019 The PNC branch at 1 West Church Street "WITHIN" the town of Selbyville, DE 19975 has been CLOSED for over a year. However there still is n outside cash machine which is owned by an outside vendor (not PNC/ I called PNC) and as of yesterday 04/22/2019 is still working.The Town of Selbyville has been moving their offices inside the old Baltimore Trust bank building. The 31231 American Parkway PNC branch (Harris Teeter branch) is OPEN for business as usual.

I’ve been banking here for about 6 years, never an issue. To make a long story short I worked with Wayne Morton for a auto loan. He was extremely disrespectful to me and my mother when simply asking questions. He claimed to be offended that my mom asked the same question to another PNC employee. He said “why would you ask her the same question? I’m the manager here I know significantly more than she does.” First of all there was nothing on his desk or name tag that said he was the manager. Then we moved on but when we asked questions he would say things like “well how would I know I’m just the manager”. Truly unprofessional. I’m not saying don’t bank with PNC because I will continue to bank there. But Wayne Morton needs a refresher on how to talk with customers.

One of the worst banks i have been to went to cash a check based of if there bank from tax they told me i need my wife present when it was made out to me and her which she already signed what a joke took it to my bank no problem. Everytime i went to this bank they find a loop hole not to have to do anywork . What a shame
