  The unbelievable incompetence at this branch. You need an appointment to speak to someone. They told me to go online, I did. It doesn't let you make appointments for business accounts. Then they say to use the QR code. It does nothing. These poor folks are untrained, and don't know the issues around what I am sure is a big conversion. But when you try to speak to anyone, you get people like Stephanie that doesnt know how things work then a branch manager, Amy, that doesn't care they have problems. I tried showing her the tech issues but she didn't care. Didn't even look or listen. They don't care that they are having problems. Closed the account after 20+years with Compass/BBVA. PNC can keep the terrible technology, terrible training, incompetent employees, and all those new fees they don't bother disclosing.

  Buckets & Bows Maid Service has been doing business with Compass BBVA for or 30 years (started when it was was the original Security Bank). The staff at the Flower Mound branch are always helpful, professional, and friendly. Today, Clayton (my teller) was particularly helpful, going above and beyond for me today! Thanks for a great banking experience.
