  This is by far the best PNC Bank I've ever visited. This branch gave me a warm and welcoming feeling and made me feel like family. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I've always been pleased with PNC Bank, however this particular branch makes the experience even more rewarding for me. Special thanks to Bill -branch manager! You have an awesome team!

  Banks had a broken printer for a week unable to print and issue checks. Pretty sure they are closing soon too. Bank manager Bill is inept, and has no idea what he is doing.

  It is my hope that this review would cause this bank's business to corrode to the point of a location closing the people that run this location of PNC Bank are not in touch with reality and seem to me like they need professional psychiatric help unintelligent and rude to the point of it just being a mind-boggling experience I would love to go into details but I think I would run out of breath before I could tell you about everything that was wrong with the people that work at this location of PNC Bank do not go inside this Bank do not use their drive-thru do not even glance towards that direction when you're driving by on Rochester road that is my best advice absolutely ridiculous and as far as the manager Bill who doesn't like anybody to know that he's even there maybe he should stay behind the scenes because when he appears out of mid-air it's kind of eerie after you were told there was nobody there by that name or even a male employee I do not being lied to write in my face by people that are supposed to be professionals absolutely disgusting and appalling behavior on the employees inside of this Bank on 12 13 2021 absolutely appalling
