      Two thumbs down! No teller. If I wanted machines I would bank with Capital One. To cash a check, and get a check made for me, took 30+ minutes. AVOID PNC in Massachusetts if you need to visit a teller from time to time. I have a PNC account from when I lived in Ohio, btw. I bank with Santander, in MA, and highly recommend.

      I'm so happy a PNC branch finally opened in Boston! I love this bank and I've been a customer for almost a decade. I went in to set up a new account and Khadija and Euro were wonderful. They were helpful and kind, and Euro explained everything in detail and made the whole thing a quick and easy process. Highly recommend!
