      My brother Sean passed away in November in Wilmington, DE. PNC was the bank he used. I live in Cambridge,MA. I called PNC in Boston and made an appointment. It is a small very personal bank. My appointment was with Reagan Olson, who was in from Kansas City. She could not have been more helpful. I had one more appointment with her and I was able to close my brother's Estate on that day, receive checks from his account and believe me I learned a lot from Reagan. As one does during difficult situations that are new to you. I highly recommend PNC. The other employees that greeted me on both occasions were so nice and attentive. Reagan Olson mentioned she would be returning to Boston again. It was very nice to meet her and I would highly recommend PNC. Judith💥
