  Dan the manager is great! Had a question about an SBA loan and he told me he would look into it and call me back the next at around 10 am and guess what he did! He answered all my questions too.

  The branch manager is great. However the customer service stops there. They must have some pretty large corporations as clients because as a small business owner they really fall short on any customer service. They never return calls and employees say they are in the office but nobody ever get's back to you. It's been over a month I called four times to one department no response. Months of hassles and missing employees in other areas. I can go on and on but I have better things to do. Over all I would say this bank doesn't care about their customers. Don't bother ordering checks, it will be a waste of your time and money. There are better choices available, take your time and look around some.

  This bank has the most unprofessional loan officers I have ever dealt with. Misquoted a loan by $150, did not communicate so had 2 separate appointments set up that were cancelled without notifying me. Worse service ever. Will travel to another brand if I have any business to conduct. Terrible communication skills and completely uncaring.
