      I too, can not believe bad reviews of this branch. Everyone, whether tellers, personal bankers, and especially the branch manager, have been completely professional, friendly, and willing to.help in any way they can. As a former bookeeper, yes there are guidelines and policies in place, that seem to you disgruntled Millinials as passe, but I personally like that, and for security reasons, its to protect customers.There is alot to be said about that.

      The incompetence of this bank is staggering. We've been trying to close out a mortgage for almost two months of a deceased parent, all required legal documentation has been provided but non of their systems speak to each other so they keep asking for the same information.

      The manager just drops down the value and the ambiance of the whole bank with her rudeness. She can’t be trusted to manage. Want to be insulted? Go to this bank! Want to be a loyal customer for decades & be treated rudely ? Go to This bank. Actually go and try it out for yourself. People like this manager don’t change.
