      I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by this bank. I was told I could have an I-9 form notarized. I drove over during a brutal rain storm only to find out I couldn’t get the form notarized because of PNC policy. When I asked why I was told I could I’ll I received was a shoulder shrug. This will not be my bank for much longer.
