      Crosby location is absolutely my favorite location, I would leave Baytown where there’s a branch to go to Crosby. That’s just how much I appreciate the customer service

      I've banked and lived in crosby for 36 years. The people are really sweet however I went on Saturday to make a deposit at 11:30 am. I called and checked the web page before running up there and it stated that the lobby was closed but the drive through on Saturday was open until 1 pm. There is absolutely no reason why this drive through should be closed on Saturday. I even called and got the vm that said they were open in the drive through until 1. Smh.
