      Great customer service. The below reviews I read are concerning and sad to hear however I know these days client fraud and identity theft are surging since the pandemic. The bankers and tellers have been taking extra steps to ensure my money is protected and that nobody except myself has access to my funds.

      The drive thru atm is awful. If you want to get money out go somewhere else.. I wait 10 minutes + every time I go.. the Starbucks line goes into the drive thru and it’s always a wait to get in just to get money out 😠🙄

      I would like start with the fact that I have been a customer with pnc for three years no problem until now. I went into this branch today to get a check. The associated ask if I had my last transaction I had deposited money in there drive Thru I explained that to her she still would help me with how to obtain a cashier check or provide me a blank check that I could use for a car sales that I am doing down the street from them at Mercedes Benz of Flemington. The rude customer service was very appalling and very disrespectful. This encounter Which I feel may have been racially motivated has now made me want to close my account out with PNC checking and savings and move to someone else with their practices.
