  I went to the PNC bank located off the Centerville Road inside the Giant at the Village Center at Dulles shipping center in the early morning. I was amazed at the great customer service experience I received. The two PNC Banking associates were amazing, professional and very helpful in abseiling questions about their procedures and absolve options pertaining to how accounts are opened and the services available to potential and existing customers. There was no sales pitch and promises of riches, just pure, make-sense information. I was able to ask questions and get solid answers that made me feel my concerns were understood and appreciated. I did some deep diving into this organization and walked out being impressed and assured I didn't have to commit to their services. I have gone to many banking places and you have to wait and handed paperwork prior to agreeing to anything, not here. The PNC associates were so down to earth that I felt I was taking to friends I've known for years. Furthermore, their no obligation attitude warrants a second visit because nowadays banking online isn't what it use to be or what is expected, with all the hacking and identity theft going on. I definitely think this location represents a staff that is knowledgeable about their organization and provide services that protect its customers. Great experience just going there to ask questions.
