      I would NOT recommend this branch nor this bank for a small business account if you're looking for a bank that's there when you need them. When I opened my account last year, it was still BBVA and didn't run into issues. Ever since it's changed to PNC, a manager is almost never available, a manager is required to open a business savings account which I've been trying to do for 3 months. Every time I call, the manager is away and I'm told I'll receive a call back and never do. I've been with larger banks in the past like Chase and BOA and have never had this kind of issue. I have two bizs and can't use the same bank for each. The staff here is also not very accommodating or friendly to work with. There's a valid reason why this bank has 2.5 stars. Hopefully higher up management will do better. Will be switching banks very soon.

      Faulty banking access via both pnc website and app 3 months after BBVA merger. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
