      There seem to be a lot of impatient and even a review that focused on the race of the worker at this establishment, so here's an unbiased review of this PNC location. I have been with PNC for about 8 years now and have never had an issue. While not every location is the same this location was professional, cleanly and followed all covid related items. I will be back and look fort to dealing with the lovely staff again.

      This location is in the top corner of the parking lot with the Amish Market. The drive thru here is unbelievably SLOW! Even when there are no customers inside, the employees stand around gabbing while the drive thru is stacking up! I gave this location three chances and I'll go elsewhere from now on.

      I had lots of questions concerning a cashier's check that Hope (Hunt Valley) helped me with. She is very intelligent, polite and efficient. Rare qualities these days.
