      I haven’t ever received such horrible customer service in my life- this teller Jackie completely laughed in my face when I asked her a question - so unprofessional and rude. Management really needs to do a better job in hiring people who work with their customers- because of this awful experience I will be cancelling my account with PNC I need to have a bank who value their customers and have employees who offer excellent customer service and not what I went through. I do not recommend this location what’s so ever.
