      Its a shame 2.9 stars for a bank if i can give a 0 stars i give to talk to my wife to close account this branch is a shame of capital one ope this close people not treating costomers good ATM never work i have to go to newark or other city to use ATM losing time and money if this continues llike that i close my acount 0 stars
