      My brother went to open account they were very rude didn’t want the business Sorry don’t know the whole story but my brother came back to the car very upset I personally don’t see home upset often Would not go back thanks

      I was very disappointed with the service i was going to give PNC bank my business but thank God i didn't I know because of pandemic a lot is going on so i had to make appointment for the service ( strongly agree) But i was very disappointed with making appointment confirm with the person on the phone (repersentive) and arrive at the Fayetteville location was very rudely welcomes with the man answering the door (the security was very welcomed to me) but the tellar inside was very rude. I mentioned that i have an appointment for today at this time he stated to me we called you several times to confirm no answer so we can have you come tomorrow. I was like i had already confirmed it yesterday with tellar that i was coming in the morning But i personally believe the least they could say to me i am sorry we had some misunderstanding. But know they pointed fingers to me and stated that i was in wrong. I was like no problem i will take my business else where and he stated ok bye. Sorry to say very poor service
