  Walked into an EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS branch yet had to use the PHONE TO TELL THEM WHY I WAS THERE!!! I had fraud ms teller, ok get your phone she says, I’m going to help you tell us why you are here. I JUST TOLD YOU as a HUMAN doing REAL LOGICAL INTERACTION. Oh no ma’am someone MIGHT have an appointment and we’d take them FIRST. The branch remained EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS. I grudgingly played their GAME of electronics over HUMANS. After SEVERAL texts back and forth, YES TEXTS I got my message for why I was there. When finished texting the branch of emptiness, Ms teller finally waited her right amount of time and walked to the desk. Yes you’ve had fraud and your card is locked! What? No kidding THAT WAS WHY I WAS THERE. We can’t print you a card it has to go to your legal address 900 miles away. Ok not as surprised about that as the entrance to this AWFUL BRANCH of people lacking human interaction. Oh then another woman came in behind me. She even said she had LIMITED TIME and they MADE HER PLAY THE PHONE GAME. What has come of this bank? Off to a 5 star branch located elsewhere

  Going thru the drive - thru you wait 20 minutes for service and there are no other cars in line.
