      Customer service use to be stellar and 5 stars but ever since COVID the customer service has been horrible. Making an appointment for a new debit bank card to sit there and wait for 15-20 minutes is ridiculous especially when it appears that they are fully staffed. Just a bunch of employees holding full blown conversation while having customers wait in the lobby is unacceptable and unprofessional it’s not just this Pnc bank either it’s others as well and quite frankly I may be switching banks very soon
