      Rarely, do I get in touch with anybody on the phone (call Aberdeen branch or Southern Pines branch). To make an appointment (without entering) you have to go drive thru, waiting in line for over an hour. I can never get any of my banking done, on the computer various reasons, largely inexcessibility, functionality, and layout. You really cannot see what's going on. It's no wonder this is not a credit union. It would probably be better if it were. Assinine.

      Been to this branch twice in the past couple weeks. One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. PNC is refusing to open branches for walk-in in SC or NC even though both states are open. Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes the first time. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes today and they wouldn’t tell me if the business check I was depositing would be on hold or not. Better off driving to another town and bank. Moving my business away from PNC.
