A few days ago i went it to the portsmouth branch. I had hoped to open an account. Unfortunately i didn't bring the right items to do so (my fault entirely). But while i was there i encountered 2 tellers who were generally rude and unhelpful. Michelle and Leanna. My partner banks here and offered to cash my check for me. Michelle and Leanna repeatedly and aggressively spoke over and interrupted my partner until i finally had to ask them both to stop. A manager got involved finally and fixed the situation. I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from pnc and I'm extremely disappointed. My partner is considering closing their account because of the way Michelle and Leanna treated him.

They absolutely suck. We have alot of trouble with them. When you deposite money it somehow disappears. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this so called bank.
