      I like that I can deposit cash at anytime and it immediately goes into my account. There have been times the bank is closed, and during covid especially being able to deposit cash and babe it immediately have it available in my account has saved me from from late rent payments. It's invaluable to me to be able to do that. Also thank you for giving me am email to alert me of an overdraft and a chance to correct it before immediately adding on charges. Mistakes happen And I appreciate that you take that into consideration. Also thank you for reimbursing me for any atm fee I get charged if I have to use a non pnc atm.

      We find that the manager is quick to pass you to another department, if you are calling on the phone. When in reality, she should know the answer, if she would be more patient and take the time to understand the question.
