      Not sure why the negative stars with this branch. I've had nothing but great service the few times I've been here. All the tellers are great! Friendly and welcoming environment all the way down to manager.

      I went in at least ten weeks ago to open an account. I was asked for this document and that document, some of the asks were ridiculous. The last time I sent in what was asked for was over three weeks ago. I have heard absolutely nothing. They obviously don't care about new customers. I had contacted them periodically for updates but always got the same answer. Going elsewhere.

      PNC bank sucks. I have deposit checks thru the atm. And today I did it and it didn't give me an opinion if I wanted to withdraw. This has bank disappointed me soo many times. I'm closing this account and going back were I shouldn't have left. This bank is garbage 😡
