      I went to PNC at the Buck today and was takin care of by Rana. She was doing her job extremely well while helping the other undertrained teller who was required to work the drive through as well as the walk ups in the bank. Rana should be in trainer capacity or you should have a third person on Saturday's due to the increased volume of customers.
