      I needed to stop at my bank on the way back from somewhere I don't normally go and my gps took me to the closest bank which was here! My experience was good. There was one woman in there (I forget her name) but she treated me with respect and I quickly got done what I needed to there. Plus they got some nice candy out there.

      I came to this bank to settle an estate matter. The branch manager made an extremely inappropriate comment about my parents death that completely ruined my day. I will no longer be banking here because of that...which is a shame because the teller at the drive through has always been very nice and helpful. But I can't support this branch after what happened.

      I am closing my account here today. The manager is very snarky and lacks any customer service skills. They have a limited amount of ATMs, and still charge a $3 fee for using a competitor’s. I should have stayed with PNC.
