      I will never do another mortgage or refi with PNC. I have been in nearly 20 closings over the years and PNC has by far been the very worst. Constantly receive out of the office notifications, even when responding to an email they had just sent. I had to resend so many documents that they "lost". I would forward them the previous emails with the documents 3 and 4 times. I would even get a response saying, "Yes we have received the documents and they are what we need." A week or two later, they say they never received it. Because of PNC communication failures and losing documents the entire process took nearly 120 days. I would say choose anyone except PNC and you will have a better experience.
