      Do not use Sandra Ortiz at this agency. She is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. She cashed a deposit before a formal contract offer was signed, which was never signed because of her lack of cooperation with our mortgage company. After five weeks and multiple calls, emails, and texts our deposit check has not be refunded and we are proceeding with legal action against this agent. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR!
