  Words cannot express how much we absolutely adore our Real Estate agent, Heidi. We came in curious about buying in the Lake Naomi/Timber Trails community and were fortunate to be placed with Heidi. We were first time home-buyers and Heidi was SO patient with us as we asked a million questions! She was always very transparent about costs/things to expect in the community. She spoke to us about potentially renting our property and she took us to see three different Lake communities when we were not finding many options in our price range. When the time came to put in a bid, Heidi was excellent at helping us put together a competitive bid in this crazy market we found ourselves in. She helped us stay within our means but still stand out to the seller and we ultimately got the home. Having a long history in the community, Heidi continued to help us tremendously all the way up to and past our closing. She put us in touch with contractors, provided us tons of recommendations and once we were settled, she began inviting us to all the hot spots in the community. She was always excellent at working with our schedule (which was extremely limited since we live hours away) and we felt we could trust her at every turn. She wasn't just looking to sell a home us to make her commission, she was sincerely invested in us finding the right home and feeling part of the Lake Naomi community and it truly made what is often a stressful experience, so much easier on us. We couldn't be happier with Heidi's guidance and we HIGHLY recommend her to those seeking to buy/rent in the area.

  I just have one thing to say Heidi and Jeff go above and beyond for there clients they are not like other realtors they are not looking for a quick sale they are there to make you happy all the lake Naomi team are very kind and helpful I’ve been dealing with them over 20 years and my beloved Susan was our angel in a great sale we love you sue always .
