  The woman who answered the phone today and did not know what she was speaking of and then proceeded to place me on a hold after I requested to speak to someone more knowledgeable was very rude and ignorant. I will be there tomorrow for your name and I’ve already made my complaint via corporate. For you and the fellow you put on the phone who also did not know what he was speaking about! This branch has a bunch of inhabitant and rude employees who don’t know anything about popular bank protocol
