      They are a friendly bunch at this branch. Highly recommend this bank. Checking accounts are easier to acquire than most banks. Not all the rules like wells Fargo or others.

      Rudest woman I've ever met in my life. I'm new to Omaha and their banks do things differently than Missouri. For a 91 dollar amount owed from a bank account I had 8 years ago, I was refused help to figure out how to fix the situation and was also treated like some kind of criminal. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and honestly that lady should be ashamed of herself for treating a stranger that way when it's your job!!! Wouldn't open an account here if it was the last bank on Earth!!

      Once in a while you meet a fantastic group of people who truly make a company a pleasant place to do business. This Premier Bank location sets that standard in customer service. Jill, the Branch Manager is extremely friendly and professional, and her staff, Lisa and Heather, always seem happy to greet clients and they are extremely knowlegeable in their profession. The company I work for does all of its baking here, and I do not imagine we will ever go anywhere else for these services. I highly recommend this branch if you are looking for an amazing place to bank.
