      I went in today to make a deposit (not just a few hundred dollars) and I was told that it is not their policy to deposit 3rd party checks. I understand why they have that policy. There is always a chance that fraud is involved. I informed them that my wife (who the check was written to) was in my car and I could get her to come in to see that it was not fraud. We have banked at this location for years and feel that when you eliminate the chance of fraud by bringing your wife into the bank that the manager could have done more to help us. Now my sizable deposit is at another bank and I am considering closing this account. On a side note, they sent a person out of the bank and they walked up to my car to make sure that there was really a wife, I suppose in the passenger seat. lol

      The customer service is good. I changed credit unions because they didn't want to take $5.00 in quarters for deposit. They stated I need to have them wrapped because they are not a full sized credit union. The smallest wrap I could get was for $10 so I took them to a credit union that would accept them without being wrapped.
