      It was a very smooth process, Rod was always there to answer questions, they always wanted to make sure my wife and I were always in the picture. Very persistent, Rod and I talked in 2020, and he never stopped staying in touch and when my wife wanted to buy her own place. After almost 2 years, Rod was there to help us with a smile.
