  Delay deposits so that you get late fees, manager is on an ego trip, bank makes up rules so that no one can actually access their money. They tell people with LLCs that they are required to have separate bank accounts for their businesses, which is not actually a federally requirement. This branch is targeting an underserved community in which to pull these shenanigans, which is a civil rights violation. Regional and district administrators are just as bad and likely know exactly what is going on here. Horrible service, illegal practices, threatens to send money back because of their power trip over minority communities and individuals. I'll be reporting to FDIC as well as for civil rights violations.

  I initially preferred Prosperity due to its proximity to my place of business and it's "local bank" feel, but I assure you, you're much better off going to Chase, Amegy or Frost. I waited from October 12th to Today, November 27th to receive an answer to a business credit card inquiry. I called no less than a dozen times, I gave them statements from my Chase business account, PNL sheets from quickbooks, and it took them THIS LONG to deny me a credit card. When I had my LLC open, Chase bank approved a credit limit of $25k in TWO DAYS. It's not that I don't mind a simple "NO" but I've been on the hook waiting and waiting, having to explain my situation multiple times to multiple bankers that didn't give a #$%!. I will be closing my accounts and moving on.
