      I have always had good experiences with this bank. They recognize me even in the drive through. I accidentally sent my Sam's credit card that had my picture on it, for my ID, and since they knew me, they cashed my small check. I was apologetic, and kind of embarrassed, but teller just told me that she knew it was me, so no problem. Made me feel trusted, and appreciated. Thanks Prosperity.

      Excellent customer service ! They remember your name and greet you whether it be inside or the drive through and are always very helpful .

      Went in to the bank at 5:50 on Friday ready to open an account with them. I started talking to the new account woman asking questions and she said well we have 3 minutes left until we close. So at that point I got up and left, Poor customer service. I will not be doing business with this bank.
