      Very non-accommodating service from this branch. I've been a customer for 18 years and this branch would not take a deposit because they said it was against banking rules the way the check was addressed. I am the sole owner of my business and she advised me to scratch out my account numbers off the back of check and take my deposit to a competitor bank that I also deal with, I looked at her like she was crazy and told her no I don't have to do that. I went down the street to another Prosperity Bank 5 miles further and I was able to deposit the check made out to me with no problem. I'm a very dissatisfied customer with this branch. The manager at this branch made me feel like I wasn't trustworthy. I would recommend going to the Groves Branch not this branch. Not only the tellers rude but the manager is also rude.
