      I have been doing business with this bank since the 90's. I have never had a problem with my account, the customer service,or anything else. Their security measures are top-notch. I don't know of any other bank that I would rather do business with.

      We live in an era of no common sense, poor customer service, and a “not my problem” mentality. Drove an hour to get to this branch because online says open til 6. Lobby closes at 4, fine. Drive through won’t handle cashiers check or $700 over their drive through limit. Their solution? Three more hours of driving round trip to come back tomorrow. No concern, no consideration, no customer service. Everyone is so afraid to be decent because it’s breaking the rules. Long gone are the days of common sense and basic courtesy or customer service.
