  This bank is so bad that I don't even know where to start. They deposited somebody else's money into my account once and didn't catch it for days. The person who's money they put into my account had the same last name but my account was a business account with my business name on it. That tells you how incompetent they are. They never follow up with phone calls when you have an issue or need to speak to someone. I have left multiple messages for somebody to call me and they never call me back. I don't understand how a business can operate like that especially being a bank who you would think would be more competent and have better customer service then most. I've had better customer service at a McDonald's where half the people didn't speak English. My advice is don't use this bank. I'm in the process of closing my accounts.

  They are kind and polite. Very humble worker unlike those in the wells Fargo bank on the next block
