      Went in wanting to open a new checking account and the front teller was only referring me to the app. Stated that they don’t handle that at the bank and I could only do it online. Since I had a few questions, I decided to go across the street with Bank of American instead and the professionalism & customer service was 5 stars. Got set up with the help of Anthony & all of my questions were met. Capital One really deserves one star.

      I wish I would have checked the reviews before I called this location because most of them say how bad the customer service is. Whenever I called I had a simple question about a check that I had deposited and I was brushed off to the main customer service line before I could even finish my question. I was hoping they'd be able to help me with a quick question instead of waiting for 15 minutes on hold for customer service but it seems they don't even have the time for that.
