      Pamela and Christine have been amazingly helpful anytime we’ve needed help with an issue. Prior to banking at Prosperity, NO ONE . . . ANYWHERE, was willing to help us create an HSA and transfer money from our IRA. Pamela made it happen!

      I came to this bank to cash a check, they want to charge 1.5% for non account holders. Rip offs !! This is no Prosperity !! I will make sure I never open an account on this bank, or anybody I know.

      This location is often very slow in service both in the drive-thru and lobby. Many of the tellers are not friendly at this location. Other branches are attentive to customer needs.
