      Manager at this branch is extremely uncooperative. They refuse service at this branch within buisness hours where as other branch will happily do it. For example i asked for temp check and they said they dont issue them from drive thru (even during working hours) secondly they refuse to fill up form for wire transfer after 2 pm even though i said it can be executed next day. I had to go to another branch where they were more than happy to do it for me. July 14th 2022 3 pm

      I have been with Prosperity Bank for 20 years. This location is the closest location to their headquarters and you would think they would best, however they are incompetent. They always have people answering the phones that can barely speak and understand English. They always act like they are surprised with any question you ask them. Slow service. Pass you around from person to person because no one knows what they are doing. Awful
