      I have been a member of Provident Credit Union for 20 years and they have never let me down. They are very nice ppl. When I had an issue regarding going over my limit, they were willing to help me out. Every employee is friendly and makes me smile.

      It is a real shame that some of the nicest bank tellers I have met at the Hayward branch have to work under one of the worst bank managers I have ever met and also share their branch with some of the unfriendliest, dumbest bank tellers in the trade. After being a customer there for many years I have had it. During the last visit I was told my accounts were closed which the HQ later told me was obviously not true. But that was just one of many dumb mistakes that I have had to withstand doing business with this credit union. I will find another place to bank - the sooner the better. Done with Provident.
