      Ashton Caesar was aggressive and confrontational. Stated multiple times he has over 200 pending applications and doesn’t need my business. After promising my mortgage appraisal deposit wouldn’t get cashed because it was canceled, it gets cashed the next day. Guess what, he blamed it on me it was “something on your bank’s end”. Next thing he says is the only way I can get that money back is to withdraw my contract with Provident. Essentially wasting the several weeks I spent working with them to secure a loan. Extremely frustrating. All of this because he gave me bad information and incorrectly calculated my DTI.
