      I haven't stepped foot in a bank in almost a year. Due to a mobile app issue I went into this location. Only 2 of the 8-10 employees in this facility were masked, including one unmasked woman at the desk closest to the door. The staff advised me only tellers had to wear them. As a healthcare worker, my anxiety spiked because we are at an all time high of infections in this country and to not care about my safety or their own employees for the sake of comfort is insulting. I spoke with the manager about why I will now be closing my account ( I will never willingly walk into a business unmasked) and she said they were fine, they were socially distancing in one shared room indoors. With 235,000 deaths and counting, y'all should probably take this seriously. As serious as I was about getting my money out of your hands! Stay safe, tellers! You're amazing!

      Hi Liz, Thank you for taking the time to review PSCCU. We are sorry to hear you are ending your membership with us. We have been and will continue to take the Coronavirus Pandemic very seriously, as evident by some of our practices such as having our doors locked and only allowing 1 member in at a time to limit risks of exposure to our staff and other members, as well as requiring masks. We take the health and safety of our members and employees very seriously, and we continue to evaluate practices and listen to ways to improve so we can ensure every person that comes in to our branch feels safe. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel. We have sent a reminder email out to staff to make sure we are staying on top of the safety precautions in place.
