      So far I have been unable to get through to QRL regarding letters they sent me. Their phone maze is awful. I received a phone call regarding their terrible phone maze but I sent a check at least a month ago which they say still has not been received. Either USPS is using donkeys to deliver or QRL managed to lose the check.

      They won’t take my payment that cleared my bank 2 days before the due date and apply it to my loan. I got an email stating I’m past due. I have sent information to the payment research department twice in two different methods and still get an email back not enough information. It was done electronically, how am I supposed to make copies of a check!!!!
