  Declan Greene is hands down the greatest of all time. I came to him one year ago wanting to purchase my first home. I wasn’t quite ready yet, needed to clean to up my credit report. Declan told me what I needed to do. Fast forward to this past February, I reached out to Declan again and told him I was ready. Declan literally went out of his way, above and beyond to make my dream come true of purchasing our first home.   Brett from Select One Mortgage was great to work with, all the way back from our initial phone call discussing the mortgage process till closing day! Brett is very knowledgeable and often went above and beyond my expectations by being available at any time to answer my questions even during late nights and early mornings. I came into the process knowing so little but with Brett’s guidance and experience, I was able to understand aspects of the mortgage process that I was confused about and I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Even though the closing date had to be extended because of circumstances that were completely out of our control, I appreciated the fact that Select One Mortgage covered any applicable extension fees and costs!
