      If I could give zero starts to this bank I would. But it's not an option. I had my commercial loan for my business with them and towards the end when I was getting ready to pay off the mortgage about 8 months prior to them 5-year limit to pay it off they stop sending me statements and repeatedly refuse to send me any statements and every time I try to pay off the loan that would say that I still owe the same amount. I would never recommend anybody to make a commercial loan with his bank.

      My card has been restricted for some “fraudulent” activity (for a payment that I made) and has been restricted. I’ve been trying to get through to someone for several days now, calling every day, but no one ever picks up their phone. I haven’t been able to use my card since.
